PREFACE
Our fiftteenth congress, 15th International Congress on Social, Humanities, Administrative and Educational Sciences in a Changing World, was hosted by BZT Turan Academy and was held with the partnership of Baku State University (Azerbaijan), Valencia University (Spain), Tashkent State University of Economics, Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University and Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University on February 13-15, 2025. A total of 336 participants attended the congress, and the participants aimed to contribute to the international scientific literature by making their presentations through oral presentations or posters.
