Description
We encounter many cases in our professional life, but when we look back, I believe that some of our cases are more memorable. Although current guidelines are guiding the diagnosis and reatment steps of these cases, I believe that explaining the complaints, physical examination findings, laboratory evaluations, imaging techniques findings, diagnosis and treatment steps at the time of presentation of the case will enable the readers to visualise the case. Thus, when similar cases are encountered, the power of interpretation will increase, the reaction time to the cases will be shortened, and most importantly, we will be very happy if we can contribute to the application of the art of medicine with correct diagnosis and treatment, no matter how little. We wish it to be useful to all our readers.
